Prince Onyedikachi Okparuba (Born 30 March 1997) AKA Catch Fire, Known professionally as Pass Word or Simply Catch Fire, is a Nigerian Singer, Song Writer. He is not yet signed to any record label yet.

Started music in 2014 and is renowned for raping in Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, Yoruba, and English Language. His first debut song are; "Onyenekwu" released in 2019.

Catch Fire have a music connection with "Chriz Young, Lykmolee, NiliFlash and Buzzy Mouth (Comedian) just to mention a few.

Life and School Life

A Native of Anambra State, Prince Onyedikachi Okparuba was born and raise in Plateau State, by his parents together with his siblings; Chidiozie Noble Okparuba, Chidiebere David Okparuba and Oluchukwu Miracle Okparuba.

His artistic talent and song O'por soon made him household names in Langtang North, he attended St'Peters Primary and Secondary School and left in SS1 to continue his Secondary Education in "Government Science an Technical College Bukuru (BUTECHS), Jos"

But later left in SS3 Second term and complete his O'level Education in "Lyancit Community Secondary School, Ndem, Langtang North"

His stage name was some how giving to him by one of his Secondary School class mate (Shedrack) after fighting with a Senior Student.

Catch Fire developed an interest for music during his Secondary School days, he love free styling "Phyno" music: O'set, Or in go and Ghost Mode... Word to words, he go on stage with them during the school graduation party or event organized by the school. He initially wanted to become a an Engineer but was told he could do Fine and Applied Art. 

He studied Physical and Health Education (PHE) in College of Education Gindiri, Mangu LGA, Plateau State. Where he stated profiting from music during his second year (NCE2) Catch Fire in relationship with fellow home based artist told "NiliFlash" that "Phyno" is one of his music Artist he look up to.

Music & Carrier

Catch Fire began recording his studio EP O'por meaning "Carry" it was recorded in Igbo, Pidgin, Hausa, Yoruba, and English on 2021. 

But his first time studio recorded song has released with the title "Onyenekwu" Dr Whyte Finger in 2019. Followed by singles produce by " "Sunshine "Sugar Cane", O'por, produced by Eddy Wrld Music in 2021" 

In 2022 he released "E-Choke, Possible, produced by M-M PachageBeatx" and "Hustle, Party All Night, Super Star, BrodaMan which were produced by Eddy Wrld Music" O'por was updated on the internet by 9jaSonic on July 2021.

   Catch Fire has performed in so many graduation party as a guest with an attendance of over a thousand people. His crew "SwankyLIFE,Popzee Jnr, SuperBoi" sang a song for the former SUG President (Logy) of the College of Education Gindiri in 2021 for his graduation and the were rewarded hamsomly

Catch Fire is a Supporter of Football club Chelsea F.C

His mentors are "Phyno, Fireboy, Ruger, AG Babe and Davido.

Catch Fire have finally disclose his childhood female bestie "Chioma Akachineke" the were friends right from childhood he also say he called her "My Loving Bestie" lol I guess shes more than just a friend.

In 2016 Catch Fire dated his first ex girlfriend "Rupcit Lamtur" but broke up and later dated "Sandra Joshua", "Happy Dandam", "Precious Mancit" 

His best colors are: Red, Black, Yellow, White and Blue.

History also stated that Catch Fire was once an Ex-Choir member of Grace of God Mission Int'l Langtang Divisional Head Quarters, from 2012 to 2022 as a back up and Vocal singer in the Church. 

He once heard a Singing partner; "Nanleep" who haven to be in the same choir with Catch Fire, they started music preparations in 2021 but later separated in 2018 after when Catch Fire decided to sing circular music and Nanleep decided to sing Gospel, or should I say after when the both discovered their Talents?

Catch Fire on an interview said that he is working on a new song "Fishaman" he said it will be released soon....
