For years and edges of Garri "Cassava flakes" existence in Nigeria. We all know that the main group used is the cassava but as of now. New discoveries are on, many things are clicking and improvements pop in such that other crops are used to produce Garri.

In This article we will talk about Garri made from sweet potatoes. This sound strange but is first of its kind and happens to be the latest, in the Volta region Benue. 

This was something no one knows will happen one day coz I'd I bet you didn't know sweet potatoes can be processed into gari, but due to technology; well now you know it has happened.

Benue State is the largest producer of sweet potatoes. Let's stop the waste!
